I.      CALL TO ORDER

The properly agendized meeting was called to Order by Director Wikle at 3:30 p.m.

II.     PUBLIC COMMENT (3:30 p.m.)

There were no public comments.

III.    ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS (3:30 p.m.)

A.         (3:30 p.m.)  Discussion/Action re Resolution 2007-17, Requesting Grant Funding from Russian River Redevelopment Oversight Committee for Fiscal Years Ending June 30, 2007-2009..  The GM gave an overview of this item.  Discussion ensued.  Director McLean moved to approve Resolution 2007-17, Requesting Grant Funding from Russian River Redevelopment Oversight Committee for Fiscal Years Ending June 30, 2007-2009.  Director Keach seconded.  Motion carried 3-0.

The meeting adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
